Purpose:
To provide an enriching literacy experience
To promote the comprehension processes of emergent and beginning readers by providing them with a quality interactive read- and sing- aloud program
To expand vocabulary and knowledge of rhymes through literacy and song
To create an environment where children can practice feeling socially secure in front of a group
To encourage confidence using reading/singing voices
